Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our clients.
- Free Look Period: Most policies come with a 15-day "free look" period during which you can cancel and receive a full refund of the premium paid.
- Mid-Term Cancellation: If you cancel your policy after the free look period, a pro-rata refund will be calculated based on the remaining term, minus applicable administrative fees.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
